Exercise Video - Cervical Proprioception LASER Points in Range Extension Eyes Closed 2

Attach a LASER-pen to your head using a support (a cycle helmet works quite well). The start position is your neck in gentle extension (20 degrees). Mark a spot on the wall. Close your eyes. Slowly and in a controlled way, move your neck to neutral, and return to the start position. Open your eyes, and see how close you can get to the starting point. This will help to improve control and co-ordination of your neck muscles.
